At Artwork, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new home decor. If your piece isn't the perfect fit for your space, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare the Package

Carefully pack the artwork in its original protective packaging and include all certificates of authenticity to ensure a safe transit.

Attach the Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package over any old shipping marks.

Drop Off and Refund

Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we inspect the item at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
